This necklace is made of recycled gold and silver in Greece. Its production time is around 1 to 2 weeks, once it is ready it will immediately be shipped to you and you will be notified. I understand that you sometimes need your piece faster, if it is the case please email me .

All orders are shipped via TNT Fedex .Orders are safely packaged in gift boxes and bubble envelopes.
Processing time
My pieces are made to order, handcrafted and shipped by me. Depending on the item it usually takes 5 days to 2 weeks from the day you place your order for it to be shipped.
Estimated shipping times
At most cases you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days (EU). If you're located outside the EU it takes 4 to 6 working days depending on the country.

Returns and exchange details
I accept returns and exchanges ONLY for EU countries.
Each item is made with extra care and sent out well packaged.
If however you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me within 3 days of reception, in unworn and undamaged condition, and I will refund its price ,as soon as I receive the item,minus the shipping the cost. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please be sure when you order one of my rings and earrings, I don’t accept returns or exchanges to this items . Every ring is made exactly for you , it’s a custom order and the earrings for hygiene reasons.
